We pride ourselves on fast and reliable service. Orders are typically processed and shipped the next business day. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

Return/Exchange Policy

  • Returns are refunded as store credit (minus original shipping costs).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Returns are processed when we receive the item, so please allow up to 10 business days for credit to be applied to your account (via our website or app).

  • If you need a different size please call us at 580-670-7009 so we can pull the correct item. As soon as the customer's exchange arrives we will gladly ship the new item on us.

Final Sale Items:

  • All sale items are final sale.

  • Items purchased with a 20% or greater discount are also final sale.

Here is a simple run-down of the procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 14 days* of the date that your order is received.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed, unworn, and free of odor
  • Include a note if you wish to switch sizes
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 2-3 business days to process your return once it is received at our store.
  • Items will not be exchange/returned UNTIL RETURNED ITEM IS RECEIVED 

Exchanges

You can easily exchange for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that in a note. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 2-3 business days of us receiving the order. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code.

We know that ordering things online can be a hard sometimes since you can’t touch the items or try them on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can continue to help all of our customers/friends out.

    Changing or Cancelling Your Order

    Sometimes stuff happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! The girls try to get item placed before 4pm to the mail by 5pm so you received your goodies as fast as possible. Once your item ships we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
