Returns/Exchanges

At Country Lace Boutique, our biggest goal is to help our customers/friends build confidence in their outfits and in turn themselves. If you're not satisfied with your order, we will gladly do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please check your goodies as soon as you get them in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item or the wrong item, contact us at 580-670-7009 within 3 business days of receipt of your order. 

Here is a simple run-down of the procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 14 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
  • Include a note if you wish to switch sizes
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 2-3 business days to process your return once it is received at our store.

Exchanges

You can easily exchange for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that in a note. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 2-3 business days of us receiving the order. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code.

Return Policy

We know that ordering things online can be a hard sometimes since you can’t touch the items or try them on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can continue to help all of our customers/friends out.

  • Any goodies you purchased must be returned within 14 days of shipping and all items are only eligible for store credit
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.

  • Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

    Changing or Cancelling Your Order

    Sometimes stuff happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! The girls try to get item placed before 4pm to the mail by 5pm so you received your goodies as fast as possible. Once your item ships we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

    Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed

    In case you forget something we are her to help. First, contact us immediately (580-670-7009)! We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order.
