SUPPLEMENTS

I try to take my probiotic and greens first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I mix greens with half a bottle of water and chug (however they are yummy). Probiotic goes right on the tongue and tastes delicious. Recently, I have added in the TOTAL which helps with hormonal issues. 

 

 

THENNNNN comes by big 40 oz of water plus TRIMFIT & collagen! I am down 25 pounds and I attribute it all to TRIMFIT. First off, it is so yummy you will crave it! It helps reduce your appetite and all the crazy cravings! I can now eat a bite of a cookie or just 1 cookie and not the entire bag!
