If you follow me on social media, you know I’m kind of obsessed with my supplements. Honestly, they’ve been total game-changers for me! I get a lot of questions about what I take, when I take it, and how often, so I thought I’d put it all in one place to make it easier to share my routine with you!

My Morning Routine 🌅
The first thing I do most morning is take my supplements. Some mornings I do have a black coffee first. It doesn’t make me feel sick or weird on an empty stomach. I love doing it this way so I don’t forget, and honestly, I just like the idea of getting the good stuff in me first thing in the morning.
The days I am walking or working out I start with my PRE WORKOUT ( 2 supplements)

About 3 nights a week I mix up a yummy TUMERIC latte to calm my body and mind. I warm up oat milk and then use a frother to mix in the tumeric. I will add in some creamer, half and half, or sweat cream foam for fun just depending on what I have.
